Typical Examples That Work for Foot Pain

Standing Foot Pain
Heal Spurs

We find that the basic cause of many forms of sore foot pain and other problems, flat feet, heel spurs, etc. are due to muscle imbalances:

1) Lack of tonicity in the key muscles supporting the pelvic girdle (which can make one leg appear to be longer than the other).

2) Structural imbalances in the spine.

3) Hyper tonicity in the plantar muscle in the arch of the foot.

4) Reactive and frozen muscle imbalances.

The tendon, joint, and nerve injury is secondary. Reactive muscles are muscles that weaken when another muscle, the reactor, is activated. The weakened muscles can lead to muscle pain, and the overly strong reactor muscles can cause tendon and joint pain. Reactive muscle combinations may be created by sudden injury or by repetitive muscle movements.

These problems can usually be corrected very quickly by using our Basic Balance Self-Help exercises. These unique exercises, developed by us from the principles of Touch for Health, are described and taught in our books, classes and lectures.

STANDING FOOT PAIN: We were visiting a 2-day BusinessTech fair near the end of the second day and met an exhibitor that we knew who had been standing in his booth for the entire time. His feet, calf muscles and shins were all very sore. We had him sit down and showed him how to do our foot muscle balancing exercises. After that he was able to once again stand and walk without pain in his feet, shins, and calf muscles.

HEEL SPURS: We met a fellow that was wearing expensive special shoes to lessen pain associated with heel spurs. We showed him how to do the foot muscle balancing exercises. Afterwards he found he could wear his regular shoes without pain.
